Are you a Key Stage 1/2 Teacher with a real passion to share and educate young people? Step Teachers are working a "Good" Ofsted rated school in Ipswich who believes in fostering a fun and exciting centre of excellence that nurtures and inspires young minds to be fearless.. and change the world! They're currently seeking an enthusiastic Key Stage 1/2 Teacher with a desire to instil that passion in the school’s students. This exciting role starts in September 2024.

Key Stage 1/2 Teacher – Role:

  • Strong knowledge of the curriculum at Year 6
  • Upkeep a tidy, organised classroom with accessible resources where needed
  • Work effectively with other members of staff, both within the classroom and throughout the school
  • Ability to monitor, assess and report on the progress of your students
  • Key Stage 1/2 Teacher should have the willingness to comply with the schools’ policies and implement them effectively

Key Stage 1/2 Teacher – Requirements:

  • Have good knowledge of Key Stage 1/2 curriculum.
  • Hold QTS or an equivalent qualification
  • Recent mainstream school-based experience teaching in a Primary School
  • Have a good level of classroom and behaviour management
