Fully remote working opportunity for a conveyancing lawyer wishing to join a successful legal practice and be part of a CQS accredited, 28 strong property team. The conveyancing department are incredibly client-focused and have a reputation for innovation and a smart modern approach to client service.

You will be joining a conveyancing team who very busy and who use hi-tech technology and leading case management systems to deliver a high level of customer service. You will be expected to proactively manage a full caseload to a high standard and key aspects of the role will involve all types of conveyancing matters from inception through to post-completion, including:

  • Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold premises
  • New build
  • Shared ownership
  • Equity release
  • Remortgages

The firm pride themselves on their high quality of work and are looking for a conveyancer with a minimum of 3 years fee earning experience with a keen desire to contribute to the growth of the department.

The position is available on a fully remote basis, giving the ultimate in work/life balance, however, the firm will exclusively consider candidates with solid experience in remote work specifically within law firms. You can also choose to adopt the hybrid working model or work from one of their offices, so the choice is yours!
