LETTINGS MANAGER – Residential Lettings

Location: Thornton Heath, CR7

Salary: OTE £70k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic and experienced Lettings / Assistant Lettings Manager for a role as a Lettings Manager with a significant earning potential based in the Thornton Heath area.

The Lettings Manager will be responsible for running the Lettings team, encouraging them, developing them and motivating them as well as illustrating the benefits of maintaining relationships with Landlords, tenants and applicants.

The perfect candidate will have an exceptional lettings skillset and knowledge of lettings legislation and be responsible for winning new instructions and helping the negotiators to close deals.

The right candidate will be well presented and be a results driven individual with a genuine passion for the property industry.

You will have excellent communication skills and have the ability to work in a busy environment. You will be capable to work to targets with a proven track record as a Lettings Manager.

Skills: The skills required for this Lettings Manager (Residential Lettings) role will include:

  • Experienced Lettings or Assistant Lettings Manager
  • Listing / Valuations experience
  • Excellent sales ability
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Success in managing a team
  • Good telephone manner and positive attitude
  • Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
  • Knowledge of Thornton Heath and surrounding  areas
  • Full Driving License essential
  • Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
