You're great at administration, maybe you've held a PA-type role and are looking for something where there's the ability to have your work hours fit around your life.

Whether you're looking for full-time or part-time, there's likely a work pattern that can be accommodated because this is a newly created position, supporting the company's Managing Director mainly.

This is a professional services business, relied upon by customers to provide excellent service.

You'll be responsible for controlling a busy diary, attending meetings and taking notes, typing them up and then actioning the key points raised. This means regular communication with internal staff and with customers.

You'll work in a light, bright, open-plan environment, initially 100% in the office. But if you're working to a five-day-a-week pattern, after a six-month probationary period, you'll be able to do a day at home. There are about 25 people employed by the company.

Benefits are really good, including flexible working, holiday entitlement which starts at 21 days and increases to 23 (FTE), plus bank holiday and three days at Christmas, a 5% matched pension, cash back healthcare plan, a rewards scheme, death in service, income protection and discounted cinema and theatre tickets.

The salary stated is the full-time equivalent.
