Sales Administrator

£28,000 - £30,000 per annum

3 – 6 Month Contract

Speke

  • Responsible for RFQ’s, processing customer orders and invoices.
  • Process Request for Quotation to supplier
  • Interact with customers and suppliers to achieve goals
  • Review and process orders
  • Raise invoices and sales orders
  • Support coordinating and implementing Resource and activities
  • Update and ensure all customer price lists are accurate.
  • Create new customers in CRM system ensuring all necessary paperwork is complete and in place
  • Generate set up documentation for all new parts and for any change management activities
  • NPI Admin support for Account Controllers & Aftermarket Sales
  • Assist as required with any other reasonable request in line with business needs or customer/client requirements

Essential

  • Logistics / data management
  • Microsoft business skills – Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc
  • Desirable
  • M3 knowledge
  • Financially aware
  • Automotive OEM supplier
