Key Responsibilities

  • General administrative support to the management team

  • Handling calls, emails and daily enquiries

  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation

  • Assisting with scheduling and office coordination

  • Supporting purchasing, project admin or finance tasks

Requirements

  • Previous administration experience (preferred)

  • Strong communication and organisational skills

  • Confident IT user, including Microsoft Office

  • Able to manage workload and work independently

  • Professional, reliable and proactive
