Business Manager / Transaction Manager
  • Basic Salary: £30,000 basic – OTE £60,000
  • 5 Day Week, Day off in the week
  • Mon - Fri 08:30 - 18:00, Sat 09:00 – 17:00 (1 in 2), Sunday 10:00 – 16:00 (1 in 2 rota)
  • Franchised Dealership, Large Group
  • Company Car included.
Our client requires a Business Manager / Transaction Manager to join their successful sales department in the Southampton area

Working for an Automotive Dealership, the successful Business / Transaction Manager will become an integral cog in this Volume Brand.

The Successful Business / Transaction Manager can expect On Target Earnings of £60,000 with a base salary of £30,000.

The hours of work for this Business / Transaction Manager role Monday to Friday 08:30 - 18:00, Saturday 09:00 – 17:00 (1 in 2), Sunday 10:00 – 16:00 (1 in 2 rota).
 
Duties of a Business / Transaction Manager for our Client
  • Understanding all aspects of financial and insurance product regulation
  • Monitoring Finance and Insurance performance against company budget
  • Supporting the Car Sales staff on a daily basis
  • Build a rapport with Customers 
The successful Business / Transaction Manager will
  • Have a previous Business / Transaction Manager experience within a Dealership environment
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • A proven Career History as a Business / Transaction Manager – with figures to prove it
  • Experience in managing and supporting a car sales team
