Job Description
Resourcery Group are working with a manufacturing company in Liverpool who are looking to bring on board a management accountant for a 3-4 month period on a fixed term contract to support during a busy period.
The Management Accountant's role:
- Production of management and financial accounts in accordance with prescribed formats, time scales and procedures.
- Provision and review of KPI’s for the factory.
- Reconciliation of all site balance sheet accounts at prescribed frequencies.
- Creation of manual and automatic accruals/provisions for all cost items where appropriate.
- Investigation of significant items of cost, variance or over-spend with operational management.
- Provide both analytical and administrative support to the wider finance team at month end to enable delivery of the month end timetable.
Background:
- Accountant CIMA/ACCA/ACA - Part Qualified/Fully Qualified/QBE
- Have prior experience in manufacturing and supporting Operations Management
