Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement learning strategies aligned with organisational goals to enhance employee growth and engagement.
- Report to the Head of Talent, Performance, and Innovation, with direct reports including an OD Advisor (L&D).
- Utilise deep expertise in learning methodologies, performance consulting, and emerging trends in employee learning, including digital platforms and adaptive systems.
- Influence senior leaders by translating L&D strategies into tangible business impact, demonstrating exceptional analytical skills to measure ROI.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, operations, and IT departments to ensure a cohesive approach to employee development and organisational growth.
- Ensure L&D offerings support and align with the company’s culture, values, and EDI principles.
- 10+ years of experience in L&D/OD roles within complex organisations, with a track record of driving impactful programmes.
- Progressive leadership experience in strategic roles in recent years.
- Expertise in learning methodologies, performance consulting, and emerging trends in employee learning.
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and measure ROI.
- Cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Alignment of L&D offerings with company culture, values, and EDI principles.
