Salary: £36,300 - £52,152 including Flex Fund

We are seeking a Landscape Design Manager to join a High Speed Rail business in Birmingham.
You will be contributing to a major project in Birmingham, playing a pivotal role in delivering high-quality landscape design solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and synthesise information on Public Realm and Landscape from various sources to guide design integration and achieve project objectives.
- Ensure compliance with Design Vision, Design guidance, EMR, Strategic Goals and Objectives, and cost requirements.
- Provide qualitative assurance and verification to senior management on key design issues within a defined geographic area.
- Collaborate closely with Integrated Project Teams and the Design team to ensure technical assurance.
- Proven experience managing medium to large landscape design projects from inception to completion.
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, construction experts, architects, and environmental specialists.
- Experience in site supervision of medium to large landscape construction projects.
- Proficiency in conducting design reviews and critiquing to achieve high-quality design proposals.
- Demonstrated ability to develop pragmatic approaches to design challenges.
- Degree in Landscape Architecture or equivalent work experience.
- Chartered Membership of the Landscape Institute or working towards LI’s Chartership.
