Senior Quantity Surveyor for Public Sector Framework projects
This would be an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor, who is ready to take the lead on their own initiative, and manage a package of works, in the £500K - £2m range, or for an already established Senior Quantity Surveyor, wanting to bring their best practices, systems and processes.
It is a full lifecycle position, where you will manage the full commercial activities, on a range of Public Sector Frameworks, such as Refurbishment, Responsive repairs and FRA, Planned preventative Maintenance, Car Parks, Office Refurbishments, Upgrading Electrical and Fire Systems. Autonomy, and using your initiative, to manage the projects commercial activities in a timely manner.
This client has been established for other 50 years in the South East, the frameworks require Quantity Surveyors to work in collaboration with clients, and sub-contractors, in a progressive manner.
