Rate: £540 per day umbrella
A South London Local Authority is seeking a dynamic and experienced System Implementation Consultant to support the transition and ongoing utilisation of a new upgraded NEC Housing system. This role involves assisting over 400 users in navigating and maximising the functionalities of the system.

A South London Local Authority is seeking a dynamic and experienced System Implementation Consultant to support the transition and ongoing utilisation of a new upgraded NEC Housing system. This role involves assisting over 400 users in navigating and maximising the functionalities of the system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the implementation of new modules of the NEC Housing system, including Asbestos Register, Asset Management, and Choice Based Lettings.
- Provide support and training to end users on existing and new modules of the system.
- Assist in the development of training materials and aids tailored to the needs of the users.
- Conduct both classroom and virtual training sessions.
- Utilise MS Teams for effective communication and collaboration.
- Address end-user queries and service requests through ServiceNow.
- Plan and coordinate training sessions, including scheduling, venue management, and user enrolment.
- Conduct training needs analysis and design session outlines accordingly.
- Offer ongoing support to users to enhance their daily utilisation of the system.
- Demonstrable knowledge of housing operations within a local authority, preferably within London.
- Prior experience in delivering training for NEC Housing (formerly Northgate).
- Availability to travel to various sites within the Borough as required.
- Proficiency in using MS Teams for communication and collaboration.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and manage training sessions effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate effective user support and training.
